The live show was a great watch. Jake was such a trooper for eating that vegemite for the first time at a live show lmao. Lucy might understand this related reference. One of my closest friends is British, (he's from Essex, but now lives in the USA) and he brought in Twiglets to work. We all tried them and he got a big laugh out of watching all the Americans trying to keep them down. Jake's experience reminded me of that a bit. Anyways, loved the live show and looking forward to the next pod!

I loved watching it live!! Even though we had no chairs XD

For real now, as a European gaming fan, we do not have many opportunities to interact with people that are from the industry, so this was really an amazing experience!

Thank you for coming, for being such awesome people and bringing some awesome guests, I'll never forget this experience for sure! It was the high point on my Gamescom!

User question for the crew: Do any of you harbor anxiety when writing a dissenting review? I'd have to imagine, that, even with a pre-release review copy of a game, you're still engaging in discourse with your colleagues. Specifically with Ralph, I remember you mentioning in your GoW 2018 review that you had to reach out to other reviewers to ensure that you hadn't gone crazy for loving the game as much as you did. In that case, you were largely validated, but how do y'all cope when the opposite is true-- When everyone else is loving a game that you just can't gel with, or when you love a game that other reviewers aren't so hot on? Does it make you question your worth as a games critic, or do you wear the "contrarian" label with honor? Or is this maybe not as big of a deal as I'm thinking and you largely review your titles in a vacuum, not knowing how your opinion measures up in the grand scheme until the dust settles? Curious to hear y'all's thoughts!

(By the way, love the show and can't believe it has already been two years. Here's to many more!)
